Bringing the Ocean Back to Everyday Life | Aquarium Silk Printing Experience Now Open

Beyond exploring the aquarium, you can also create your own unique ocean memories.

Our museum offers two experiential activities, one of which, the "Silk Printing Experience," is a paid activity.
A planar printing technique that transfers images onto a surface using ink. It's simple and intuitive to operate, requiring no experience, and can be easily done by adults and children alike.

Three marine creature designs from the exhibition hall have been selected: lanternfish, manta ray, and wrasse.
From observing their shapes to printing the patterns onto objects by hand, the memories in the exhibition hall extend into daily life.

After printing, once the paint dries, you can further color and adjust the details, making the artwork not just a copy of the pattern, but a re-creation with your personal style.

Each finished product is a trace left by your encounter with the ocean.
From viewing to creating, and then taking it away, this journey has a form that can be continued.
