However, we have recently discovered that for some courses that require prepayment, many people have " registered but not paid ," resulting in idle resources and people who want to participate being unable to get in.
To ensure the fair use of resources, Green Expo will strictly enforce the mechanism of #prepayment required for courses :
Payment is required for successful registration: Please make payment within the specified period after registration. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel your registration.
No on-site replacements allowed: Course materials and manpower need to be prepared in advance, and once a spot is cancelled, no replacements will be made.
Please cancel as soon as possible: If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible so that the opportunity can be given to someone who needs it.
